POP Fit Kickoff with Candace Lee and nutritionist Coretta Chaffin

Nutritionist Coretta Chaffin will discuss the importance of nutrition and tracking your food intake and exercise. We will also complete a 20-minute kickboxing workout. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring a towel, yoga mat, and bottled water. We will provide light snacks during the presentation.
