Nicole Wiley, Esq.

Attorney Wiley received her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of law and BA from Hampton University. While in law school, Nicole Wiley served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus where she focused on the issue of Domestic Violence and established a local Sate of the Union forum to promote Domestic Violence advocacy and address ancillary issues.  In addition, Nicole was active in Trial Advocacy and competed on the Client Counseling and Mediation Team. She was also inducted into the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Nicole is a zealous advocate for equal access to justice.  As a part of her advocacy work, Nicole spearheaded a pilot program established to help improve the Child Custody process Domestic Violence victims in Wake County, North Carolina. Many of the clients provided with legal services were low-income and would not have been afforded representation without the program. She currently serves her community as a Criminal Defense and Family Law attorney at Wilson & Reives PLLC. in Sanford, NC.

Nicole is committed to public service in her hometown of Sanford, NC and actively serves her church, Exousia Christian Fellowship, as an executive board member. She also participates in community service events with the local chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and teaches Human Resource Development classes at Central Carolina Community College.
